The atmosphere was just great and the opportunity to meet all those people who were crazy about pastries makes this place so special and makes you want to be there amongst others. A colorful vertigo- everything about the English Style.

Well I should have begun with this. Describing what an English Style is -my beloved sugarcrafting. It is a modern way to decorate a cake with plastic dough but that’s not all. A lot of typical English recipes promote marzipan. Nevertheless it doesn’t give us a wide range of possibilities unlike sugar dough. Marzipan certainly tastes a whole lot better  but we won’t get a beautiful blue color or powder pink out of it. Marzipan itself, is slightly creamy in color, so any warm color is doable. It is a great stuff to make little figures of, though it is not suitable for bigger creations. It is better to use a dough with CMC.
